Getting the truck and trailer

The day starts out with a call from uhaul. They don't have a trailer. A day before we are to pick it up they call us. What? Roland reserved the trailer three weeks ago and they just now call us? Uh oh. Now what? Roland calls the recommended next place that has a trailer- Adrian, an hour away. They have one but it has a flat tire and they aren't too thrilled to change it. What? Now what? Roland - who is calm but obviously getting very angry calls uhaul back and finds yet another place in Adrian that has one. Calls them to confirm and yes indeed they have one in Working order. So, needless to say we are off to Adrian to pick up this trailer because they are closed tomorrow. 

Penske on the other hand has been spot on with their service. Calling, emailing, and texting to confirm truck is ready. Uhaul sucks. We are off to a wonderful start!
